Raw Material Analysis
All raw materials including dyes, pigments, solvents, and additives undergo strict purity and chemical analysis before approval for production.
Standard Operating Procedures

In-Process QC
Critical parameters such as Particle Size Distribution (PSD), Viscosity, Surface Tension, pH, and Conductivity are monitored during production.
Application Testing
Finished inks are tested on actual printers for jetting reliability, nozzle latency, dry-out time, and print quality.
Batch Retention
Retention samples of every batch are stored for 1 year to ensure complete traceability and support.
