Qualification: Any Graduates / MBA/ B.Com/ B.Tech / M.Tech/ Diploma / Engineering

Experience: 2-10 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, and field visits.
  • Explain product features and benefits to clients and address their queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales leads, customer accounts, and follow-ups.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management regarding market trends and customer needs.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
